Desire’ Searcy is a leader, entrepreneur, speaker, wife, and mother whose life reflects the beauty of God's faithfulness through every season. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she has built a distinguished career in healthcare leadership and currently serves in executive operations, supporting strategic initiatives throughout the DMV region.

In addition to her professional work, Desire’ is the founder of Unto God Management LLC, an event management company born from her desire to honor God through vision, strategy, and excellence in execution. Her commitment to serving with integrity and purpose is evident in both her business endeavors and her personal life.

While her accomplishments have opened many doors, Desire’ considers her greatest testimony to be found not in achievement, but in surrender. Through seasons of growth, disappointment, pruning, leadership, marriage, motherhood, ministry, and personal transformation, she has learned that true joy is not dependent upon circumstances but is rooted in confidence and contentment in Christ.

Passionate about encouraging women to embrace their God-given identity, Desire’ shares with authenticity, wisdom, and grace. Her heart is to help women move beyond insecurity, trust God's process, and walk boldly in the calling He has placed on their lives.

Whether mentoring young women, serving in ministry, leading professionally, building her business, or cultivating a Christ-centered home alongside her husband, her mission remains the same:
