Kristin Jennings
Kristin C. Jennings is a faith-rooted leader and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for holistic wellness. She has been married to her husband, Johnathan, for more than 21 years and is the proud mother of three adult sons and one teenage daughter.
Professionally, Kristin serves as a School Social Worker with District of Columbia Public Schools, where she supports student well-being through a strength-based approach that fosters resilience, meaningful connections, and access to resources that promote overall wellness.
Kristin also serves as an Elder at High Calling Ministries under the leadership of Bishop George W. Hawkins, Jr. In addition, she is the CEO and Founder of Heaven on Earth Therapeutic & Wellness Services, PLLC, a practice dedicated to supporting individuals on their journeys toward emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational wellness. Through her work, she integrates evidence-based clinical approaches, mindfulness practices, and biblical principles to help clients cultivate healing from the inside out and experience lasting transformation.
As the visionary behind My Wellness Weigh-In, Kristin leads a faith-based initiative that empowers individuals to pursue purpose, wholeness, and sustainable well-being. She is also the author of Food Is No Longer My God, where she shares her personal and spiritual journey toward freedom, health, and self-discovery.
Currently pursuing a doctorate in Theology and Psychology at Liberty University, Kristin continues to deepen her expertise at the intersection of mental health, faith, and personal development.
Kristin's passion is to inspire others to embrace their God-given identity, live with intention, and thrive in every area of life. Through her faith, professional practice, and ministry, she encourages individuals to pursue healing, wholeness, and transformation from the inside out.
