Tina Darlington Sampson
Elder Tina Darlington Sampson comes from a proud military family. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany, and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from North Carolina State University.
Following graduation, Tina built a successful career in Washington, D.C., serving in various roles within Information Technology Training and Human Resources Management. These experiences provided opportunities to coach, mentor, and counsel individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping to cultivate her lifelong passion for personal development and leadership.
With more than 30 years of experience in the legal field, Tina discovered a unique gift for inspiring and empowering others through communication, teaching, and encouragement. Her passion for sharing the Word of God led her to earn a certification in Biblical Studies from The National Bible College in Fort Washington, Maryland, in 2009. She continued her ministerial journey at High Calling Ministries, where she received her ministry license in 2020 and was ordained as an Elder in December 2024.
Throughout her life, Tina has been devoted to mentoring and ministering to young women, particularly middle and high school girls, helping them develop confidence, character, leadership skills, and spiritual maturity. Recognizing the need for guidance in life skills and etiquette, she founded IAMinistries in 2013 as a mentoring program for young women and expanded the ministry in 2015 to serve women of all ages.
Furthering her commitment to helping others thrive, Tina completed intensive spiritual life coach training and founded Crossing Time Coaching, a faith-based coaching practice that supports individuals through every stage of life. She believes God has uniquely positioned her to empower today's leaders while nurturing and inspiring the next generation.
Driven by her unwavering love for God's Word and His divine purpose, Tina continues to serve as a mentor, coach, teacher, and leader dedicated to helping others walk confidently in their God-given calling.
Tina married her loving husband, Preston Sampson III, in September 1992. Together, they are the proud parents of two talented sons, Tanner and Reed.
